Members

Invite, manage, and track club members and their roles.

Inviting Members

  1. Go to Members → Invite
  2. Enter the member’s email address
  3. Select initial roles (MEMBER by default)
  4. System sends an invitation email
  5. Member clicks the link to set up their account

Member Profiles

Each member profile shows:

  • Name, email, avatar
  • Assigned roles
  • Membership status and pack
  • Event booking history
  • Donation history
  • Asset loan history

Role Management

Admins can assign or remove roles from members:

Department admin roles (EVENT_ADMIN, etc.) are assigned via Team Management.

Driver (COLLECTOR) requirements

The MA Licence Number is required for any member assigned the driver (COLLECTOR) role. This applies on invite, on edit, and via automatic role assignment from a membership pack.

  • Inviting a member with the driver role without an MA Licence Number is rejected.
  • Clearing the MA Licence Number on a member who already has the driver role is rejected.
  • The MA Licence Number, expiry date, and level appear in the Driver Details section of the invite/edit form.

Search & Filter

The members list supports:

  • Search by name or email
  • Filter by role
  • Filter by membership status
  • Sort by join date or name

Try-Drivers Tab

The Members page includes a Try-Drivers tab that lists every guest (non-member) registered through the public event flow. Each row shows name, email, phone, total bookings, and conversion status. Click a row to open the full guest detail page — see Try-Drivers for conversion to full members.
