Using ClubMS via WordPress

If your club has a WordPress website with the ClubMS plugin, you can interact with club features directly from the club’s site — no separate login required.

What’s Available on WordPress

Your club’s website may include one or more of these embedded widgets:

Events Widget

Browse and register for upcoming club events right from the website.

• See event details: title, date, location, price, capacity
• Free events — register with your name and email, verify with an OTP code, and you’re in
• Paid events — after verification, you’re redirected to Stripe Checkout to pay. Your booking is confirmed after payment
• Racing events — you may be asked to choose an asset (e.g., kart, plane) during registration

Donation Widget

Make a contribution to the club without logging in:

1. Enter your name and email
2. Choose an amount and currency
3. Add an optional message
4. Complete payment via Stripe Checkout
5. Receive a receipt by email

Campaign Widget

Support specific fundraising campaigns:

• View the campaign’s goal, progress bar, and donor count
• Make a one-time donation directly to the campaign
• See real-time progress as contributions come in

Membership Widget

Browse available membership packs and sign up:

• Compare membership tiers (features, pricing, intervals)
• Choose a pack and fill in your details
• Free plans activate instantly; paid plans redirect to Stripe
• Receive a welcome email once confirmed

Guest Experience

You don’t need a ClubMS account to interact via WordPress. The widgets support guest access:

1. Enter your name and email
2. Verify your email with a 6-digit OTP code (sent to your inbox)
3. Complete the action (booking, donation, membership signup)

The OTP code expires in 5 minutes and you have 3 attempts to enter it correctly. If it expires, request a new one (60-second cooldown between requests).

WordPress SSO Login

If you have a WordPress account on the club’s site AND a ClubMS account:

1. Click “Log In” on the club’s WordPress site
2. The SSO plugin securely passes your identity to ClubMS
3. You’ll verify with an OTP code (sent to your email)
4. After verification, you’re logged into ClubMS seamlessly

The embedded ClubMS dashboard appears within the WordPress site — you’ll see a compact top bar (instead of the full sidebar) optimized for the iframe experience.

Theming

The WordPress widgets adapt to your club’s website theme using customizable colors. Your club admin configures the primary and accent colors to match the site design, so the ClubMS widgets feel like a native part of the website.
