Getting Started
This page walks you through logging into ClubMS and finding your way around.
Logging In
ClubMS supports two ways to sign in:
Password + OTP (Two-Step)
- Go to the login page (your club admin will share the link)
- Enter your email and password
- A 6-digit verification code is sent to your email
- Enter the code within 5 minutes to complete login
The verification code adds an extra layer of security. You’ll get a new code each time you log in.
Email-Only (Passwordless)
If you don’t have a password set (or prefer not to use one):
- Switch to the “Email Only” tab on the login page
- Enter your email address
- A 6-digit code is sent to your inbox
- Enter the code to log in — no password needed
Logging In from WordPress
If your club’s website is powered by WordPress with the ClubMS plugin, you can log in directly from the club’s website. You’ll be redirected to verify your email with an OTP code, then returned to the site automatically.
After You Log In
You’ll be taken to your Dashboard, which shows a summary of your club’s activity. From here, use the sidebar (or top menu on mobile) to navigate to different sections.
First-Time Checklist
- Check your profile — Go to Settings to confirm your name and email are correct
- Enable push notifications — In Settings → Notifications, toggle on browser push notifications so you never miss an update
- Browse events — Head to Events to see what’s coming up
- Check your membership — Visit My Membership to view your current plan and renewal date
Roles and Access
Your club admin assigns roles when inviting you. Each role unlocks different sections:

You may have multiple roles — your sidebar will show all sections you have access to.
Mobile Experience
ClubMS works great on mobile browsers. The sidebar collapses into a hamburger menu, and all features are fully responsive. You can even install ClubMS as a Progressive Web App (PWA) on your phone:
- Open ClubMS in your mobile browser
- Tap the “Add to Home Screen” prompt (or use your browser’s share menu)
- ClubMS will appear as an app icon on your home screen
