Welcome to ClubMS — the platform your club uses to manage events, memberships, donations, and more. This guide is written for club members, donors, and collectors — the people who use the platform day-to-day.

What Can You Do with ClubMS?
Depending on the role(s) your club has assigned you, you’ll have access to different features:
| Role | What You Can Do |
|---|---|
| Member | Browse events, book spots, view your membership, check in with QR codes |
| Donor | Make one-time or recurring donations, track your giving history |
| Collector | Manage your personal collection, borrow and lend items with other members |
Many members have multiple roles — for example, you might be both a Member and a Donor. In that case, you’ll see all relevant sections combined in your sidebar.
Your Dashboard
After logging in, you’ll land on your Dashboard — a quick snapshot of your club’s activity:
- Active Members — how many members are currently in the club
- Active Events — upcoming and ongoing events
- Total Donations — overall giving across the club
- Available Assets — items available in the club’s collection

Your sidebar shows only the sections relevant to your role:
