My Membership

The Membership section shows your current membership plan, status, and history.

Viewing Your Membership

Navigate to My Membership from the sidebar. You’ll see:

  • Pack Name — the membership tier you’re on (e.g., “Gold Member”, “Annual Pass”)
  • Description — what’s included in your plan
  • Status — your current membership status
  • Price & Interval — monthly, yearly, or one-time fee
  • Start Date — when your membership began
  • Renewal / Expiry Date — when your membership renews or expires
  • Included Features — a list of what your plan covers

Membership Statuses

StatusWhat It Means
ActiveYour membership is current and all features are available
ExpiredYour membership has lapsed — contact your club admin to renew
CancelledYou or an admin cancelled the membership
SuspendedYour membership is temporarily on hold (e.g., pending payment)

Upgrading Your Membership

If you’d like to upgrade to a different membership tier:

  1. Go to My Membership
  2. Click Request Upgrade (only available when your membership is Active)
  3. This sends a request to your club administrator, who will assist with the upgrade

Membership changes (upgrades, downgrades, cancellations) are handled by your club admin. The upgrade button sends a direct request to them.

Membership History

Scroll down on the Membership page to see your Membership History — a table showing all your past and present memberships, including:

  • Pack name
  • Status
  • Amount paid
  • Membership period
  • Date created

No Active Membership?

If you see a message saying you don’t have an active membership, it means:

  • You haven’t signed up for a membership yet, or
  • Your previous membership expired

Contact your club administrator to get set up with a membership plan.

Signing Up for a Membership

If your club offers public membership signup (e.g., through their website):

  1. Visit the club’s membership page (on their WordPress site, or a direct link from the admin)
  2. Choose a membership pack
  3. Fill in your details
  4. For paid memberships, complete payment via Stripe
  5. You’ll receive a welcome email once confirmed

Free plans are activated immediately. Paid plans activate after payment confirmation.

Payment & Billing

Membership payments are handled securely via Stripe:

  • Your payment details are stored with Stripe — ClubMS never sees your card number
  • Recurring memberships auto-renew at the end of each billing period
  • You’ll receive email receipts for each payment
  • To manage your payment method, ask your club admin for the Stripe Customer Portal link
